OPPORTUNITY FINDING PROJECTS

We assist in uncovering opportunities for value creation through opportunity finding projects. Through a structured and proven way of working, hypotheses for growth are collected and initiatives for value creation are launched. Opportunity finding projects usually follow after a new data source becomes available or when capturing the value of available data has been hard.

DATA-DRIVEN PRICING PROJECTS

We help setting up or evaluating data-driven ways of pricing. Our pricing approach combines customer and market dynamics with typical risk and cost considerations. We build tools that monitor pricing performance and that enable optimization for different possible scenarios.

FORECASTING AND MONITORING

We forecast and help to build a better understanding of relevant key performance indicators and P&L items. Our approach focuses on accuracy but also emphasizes the understandability of the most important drivers of the forecast. Together with client organisations we monitor the forecast, improve the forecast based on frequent evaluation and provide insight into the causes of deviations from forecasts and budgets. 

ANALYTICAL SUPPORT

Our analysts support analysis departments where necessary. Both in case of urgent analytical challenges, and in case of understaffing. Besides our own analysts we have access to a network of experienced analysts from top universities with a strong analytical background.

We carry out focused short-term projects that tackle a specific analytical challenge: from setting up analysis departments to determining marketing ROI.

ABN AMRO

One of the strategic goals of ABN AMRO is to improve customer self-reliance, i.e. that customers can find relevant information and perform standard banking actions through digital channels more easily (for instance changing your address). It increases customer satisfaction while reducing interactions with manned channels at the same time. Within the Contact Center (CC), the Speech Analytics team is responsible for analyzing trends in customer interactions, understanding the drivers for interactions and advising the business teams on improvement opportunities for self-reliance. 

Proof helped the Speech Analytics team to improve their data-driven way of working in four ways: 1) creating analytical models and scenario tooling for ROI estimation and evaluation of self-reliance improvement opportunities, 2) analyses to find opportunities within the CC for improving self-reliance, 3) developing reporting on relevant CC KPI’s for monitoring and steering and 4) training the Speech team and the CC Business teams in: intakes, storytelling, slide writing and problem solving with a focus on a data-driven way of working.
